John Hamilton is a Tampa Bay native living in St. Petersburg who is proud to serve his community by providing representation and legal advice for corporate, business, M & A, and real estate transactions. 

Mr. Hamilton has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from Stetson University. He earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2008. Mr. Hamilton has a distinguished career as a corporate, business and real estate attorney. He spent many years practicing in the real estate, corporate, and business law departments of Fisher & Sauls, P.A. doing both transactional work and litigation. Prior to that, Mr. Hamilton was in private practice. Additionally, he served as an adjunct professor at St. Petersburg College from 2011 to 2017. 

Outside of his work, Mr. Hamilton has a passion for giving back to the Tampa Bay community. He regularly volunteers his time to deliver Meals on Wheels, and he provides pro bono legal services through the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg.
